A survey on tertiary hospital leaders’ capacity in 53 hospitals in Guangdong province had done.
通过问卷调查对广东省53家三级医院的正副院长从知识、技能和品质三个维度进行自身素质评价,结果显示医院领导对素质现状的自我评价总体处于比较高的水平,但对比自评结果与其期望值,除了“合作意识”与“亲和动机”以外,其余指标都显示素质现状与期望值间有差距,表明医院领导对自身素质评价尚不满意,认为素质水平有待提高。
