In the late 1920 s, China introduced the University District System from the France and experimented it in Jiang-su, Zhe-jiang, He-bei, Re-he provinces and Beijing, Tianjin city, but only two years later it failed.
本论文运用文献研究法和比较研究法,对中法两国的政治与文化传统和自然环境、法国教育行政传统和大学区制蕴涵的精神、中国试行大学区制的历史时机及大学区制改革前后的教育经费状况等方面做了分析和比较,指出了中法两国在政治与文化传统、大学区制特点、自然环境、教育经费等方面的巨大差异,揭示了这些巨大差异对中国试行大学区制度的影响及中国试行大学区制失败的必然性。
