This thesis has mainly inquired into some historical problems of Hulunbuir Suolun,Bargu,Erud Five Wing Manager Banner in the late of Qing Dynasty,especially the thirty-first year of Guang Xu by using the first-handed historical material---Vice Governing Yamen Manchu archives and relative materials which saved in Mongolia Archives.
