The paper attempts to address the problem of the translator as the subject of translation in the light of the analytic philosophy,specifically,Quine s indeterminability of reference and the thesis of translational indeterminancy.

A qualitative categorization is discussed for the 38 observation-points of teaching level assessment system and a special inquiry is conducted into the ‘fuzzy-mathematics’ theory,method and application in the quantitative analysis of indefinite indexes.
