中华武术会，民间武术社团。1919年2月2日，为宏扬武术，由吴志青倡导在上海英租界望平街赁屋筹备成立中华武侠会，推举唐新雨、戈公振、梁鼎铭、黄警顽、胡世烺、张子山、吴志青为临时干事。后在北四川路浙江路北三乐里租房作会所，请罗述祖任武术主任。同年4月举办国技表演大会，并开班授武，发展会员。后根据各省组织武术会权限，将中华武侠会更名为中华武术会，8月31日召开成立大会，于大东门外中华路群学会内设总会所。11月9日选举杨小川为正评议长、王一亭为副评议长、苏筠尚为正会长、姬觉弥为副会长。该会成立后，以传习少林武术为主，派员赴各中、小学及社会团体传授武术，并在法国及南洋爪哇设立分会。1924年，因时局变化而停止活动。1928年恢复活动，并改组为委员制。1949年中华人民共和国建立后，该会在上海恢复活动。
