审批程序 各国饭店等级划分及其标准不同，定级审批程序也不同。中国饭店的星级评定，由国家旅游局设饭店星级评定机构，负责全国旅游饭店星级评定的领导工作，并具体负责评定三星、四星、五星级饭店。其审批程序是：①旅游饭店经营者本人向地方或国家旅游局提出饭店评定等级申请书。②国家和地方旅游饭店星级评定机构工作人员到申请定级的饭店进行调查和检查，其星级按饭店必备条件与检查评分相结合的综合评定法确定。③国家旅游局星级饭店评定机构征求地方旅游局星级饭店评定机构的意见，做出最后的定级决定。定级决定应指出旅游饭店的名称、地址、所定等级、饭店客房和床位数量及接待能力等。④饭店接到定级通知书后，凭营业执照向当地旅游局领取国家旅游局统一制发的旅游涉外营业许可证。饭店星级标志由国家旅游局饭店星级评定机构统一制作。 |
