China, the country learned from the Soviet Union thoroughly in the field of theory and practice of legal construction and acquired the legal theory which treated the concept of Soviet law as the core in order to instruct the domestic practice of legal system.

Guoji FOzhi Ji，ia叩Zuzhi GOngyue《国际法制计，组织公约》(。溉瓜俪of加切”舰“如川以口卿几自以蜘of坛卯l几retro必幻沪)为在(米制公约》基础上进一步解决实用计量的国际协调问题，1955年ro月12日，22个国家签署了《国际法制计盆组织公约》，随即成立了国际法制.计黄组织(O】M[L)。中国于1985年4月加人该公约，成为该组织当时的50个成员国之一。 国际法制计量组织公约共4章4O条，主要内容为: 第1章，组织宗旨。目的是交流各国的法制计t情况;确定法制计量的一般原则;制订典型的法律与法规草案;促进法制计童机构之间的联系等。 第2章，组织机构，共22条。分别说明了国际法制计t大会、国际法制计量委员会和国际法制计量局的组成、职能及相互关系等。规定国际法制计量大会每4年召开一次，由各国代表团构成，每个国家只有一个投票权。大会研究有关本组织宗旨的问题;确保建立领导机构执行各项工作;研究和批准各机构的工作报告和大会的投票办法等。 第3章，财政条款，共8条。内容为:国际法制计量组织经费来源;会费等级、缴纳、拖欠及其处理;经费的支出等。 第4章，总则，共9条。内容为公约的签署、生效、修改、失效及解散等问题。(找润生)
