consumer's perceived risk

  消费者知觉风险(eonsumer,5 pereeivedrisk)又称“风险知觉”。指消费者在购买行为中对可能承担的风险的感知,从而在其行为中设法减低风险。它大致分为五类:经济的风险、性能的风险、社会的风险、心理的风险和身体的风险。不同的商品所承担的风险是有所不同的,为寻求解决或降低风险,消费者在作出购买决策时,往往有三种行为表现:(l)积极探索商品信息。(2)购前的深思熟虑。(3)依靠对商标的忠实性。开始时,以前两者为最重要,时间长了,则以对商标的信赖度为重要。 游汉章撰马谋超审)
