三流水生态民俗旅游度假村位于北京市房山区霞云岭乡南部，由108国道89公里处下道、往南不足5公里，经过一条长1080米的隧道即可到达。当穿过隧道到达该村时，心情豁然开朗，顿觉“柳暗花明又一村”，犹如进入了”世外桃源”。
该村平均海拔高度730米，四面环山，自然景观优美奇特，有远近闻名的包公棺，天然形成的鳄鱼石、望日孔、武士头像、马尾洞、风动石、鹰栖洞等，形象逼真，境内最高峰“黑牛峰”海拔1200米，站立山顶可观日出、看云海、远眺群山、有近万亩的松林可供游人倘佯，上百种野花似锦，几十种野菜及上百种中草药可供游人品尝及采摘。春季山花烂漫，夏日气候凉爽，气温比城区低6-9℃，无蚊蝇干扰，秋季万山红遍、果实累累。
这里民风淳朴，环境优美，是春季踏青、夏日避暑、秋时采摘、冬季赏雪、四季养生、体验农家生活的理想去处。三流水村有享誉京城的国宴红肖梨，年产量可达30万公斤、可供游人观赏采摘享受秋季的美景，感受丰收的喜悦。并保留了丰富多彩民俗活动，有自制玉米糁的石碾，亲手制作豆腐的晃磨。民间习俗散灯花，乡间制作土礼花，可在万亩森林中享受森林浴，还可采蘑菇、挖野菜等。现民俗旅游村内水、电、路、通讯设施齐全。以上这些优势均构成民俗旅游的绝好条件，有可发展的良好市场前景。
交通路线
公交路线：从天桥或六里桥乘917路汽车到房山，再转乘小公共汽车到三流水村即可；
自驾车路线：可自市区沿108国道直抵景区；或沿京石高速路南行，良乡机场下道，再走闫东路，到东庄子可上108国道直行，在108国道89公里处下道右行约5公里即到达。
