In this paper, the Urumqi City Tianshan District Guyuan Lane community as an example, through self-governing community residents Guyuan Lane description of the status quo, to identify existing problems and constraints of the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures, so as to multi-ethnic communities in Urumqi provide a certain degree of autonomy of the residents of the reference.
本文以乌鲁木齐市天山区固原巷社区为例,通过对固原巷社区居民自治现状的描述,找出其现存的问题以及现存问题的制约因素并提出相应的对策,从而为乌鲁木齐市多民族社区的居民自治提供一定的借鉴作用。

after defining the intelligential community,restricting its content and foundation,as well as analyzingits development situation,the article points out some existed questions during the period of construction of intelligentialcommunity in China,meanwhile,it offers a solution of developing new community.
笔者通过对智能化社区进行定义,对其内涵、功能进行界定,对我国智能化社区发展状况进行分析之后,提出了目前我国智能化社区建设中存在的问题,针对问题提出了建设新型社区的构想。
