The current guiding principles for labor contract legislation in our country should be such principles as highlight the protection of laborers,increase the cost of violation of law,stabilize labor relations,restrict labor dispatching,and prevent competitive activities,which is determined by the labor law s particularity and the reality of severely imbalanced labor relations in current China.
