Through analysis of the Qujialing cultural settlement patterns in Huanglianshu site which characterized by the integrity of the whole settlement and relatively independent of a single house, the paper points out that it reflects a social pattern, in which consanguineous units have prodigious cohesions, however, family is the basic unit of society and the private ownership of family emerged.

Based on his study on the settlement patterns of the four Zhaobaogou culture sites,namely Baiyinchanghan,Shuiquan,Xiaoshan and Zhaobaogou,the author argues that,on the available in formation,the settlements of Zhaobaogou culture can be divided into three categories in terms of their sizes,and the settlement structures of the culture could only be understood by large-scale excavations.

In this thesis, two key organizations of community, the clan and worship circle were selected for exploring the interaction between social development process and the changes of settlement patterns from a perspective of“social-spatial process”.

The self-assembly process of the surfactant molecules in aqueous solution was investigated using dissipative particles dynamics (DPD) simulation, and the aggregation morphology of the surfactant in solution was discussed by diffusion of the surfactant molecules.
