This paper discussed the intervention effects of aerobic exercise on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients.
研究方法:采取自愿报名的形式,在医学检查的基础上,通过问卷调查和肝脏B超筛选出符合非酒精性脂肪性肝病诊断标准的研究对象80名,将其随机分为运动组和对照组,运动组实施12周规律的有氧运动干预,对照组不进行特殊的运动;对两组研究对象同时进行实验前、实验中的健康教育讲座共三次;在开始实验前一天和实验结束后一天在相同实验条件下测试研究对象的各项指标(肝脏声像图、体重、身体成分、血脂、血糖、血清游离脂肪酸、血清胆碱酯酶)。
