对江厦湾网箱养殖鱼类—黑鲷、鲈鱼、红鲈体内组织中重金属Cd、Cr、Zn、Cu、Pb的含量进行分析,同时测定该鱼类生长环境中海水的重金属含量,结果表明:在不同鱼体的不同组织中,各种重金属含量差异显著,肌肉中重金属含量较少,而鳃和鳍中含量较高;通过比较发现,鱼样体内组织中重金属的含量,与该鱼类生长环境中海水的重金属含量存在正相关的关系;该区域海水中重金属Zn、Cu、Pb的含量明显高于其它区域。
