表情调节法
method of facial expression adjustment
裹情调节法(method of faeial exprossionad」us恤ent)通过改变或调节人的外部表情(面部肌肉紧张度和骨骼肌肉紧张度等)相应地改变或调节人的情绪状态的一种方法。美国心理学家杰克布松实验发现，人在发生情绪波动时总是伴随一定的肌肉紧张，如果这些肌肉紧张得到放松，就能减轻或改变人的情绪状态，随之消除紧张、恐惧和不安感。运动员在处于紧张状态时，有意识地放松面部肌肉或用手轻搓面部，使面部肌肉产生一种放松感，即可以调节他们的情绪状态和提高竞技力。 (谢三才撰刘椒慈审)
