五卷（浙江鲍士恭家藏本）
宋王应麟撰。应麟有《周易》郑氏注，已著录。所著《深宁集》，本一百卷，然《宋志》已不著录，焦竑《国史经籍志》亦不载其名，则散佚久矣。此本乃明鄞县郑真、陈朝辅所辑《四明文献》之一种。故一人之作，冒总集之名也。通一百七十馀篇，制诰居十之七。盖捃拾残賸，已非其旧矣。应麟以词科起家，其《玉海》、《词学指南》诸书，賸馥残膏，尚多所沾溉。故所自作，无不典雅温丽，有承平馆阁之遗，且所载事迹，多足与史传相证。如《宋史》应麟本传谓度宗即位，应麟草百官表，循旧制请听政四表，已上。一夕入临，宰臣谕旨增撰三表。则此七表者，先进前四表，次进後三表也。考之是集，则第一表至第二表乃景定五年十月上，第三表至第七表乃十一月上，与本传互异。又《宋史》度宗本纪载贾似道罢都督予祠在德祐元年二月，徙居婺州，又徙建宁，俱在七月，而由扬州责归绍兴，实在是年五月四日，见於是集《责贾似道归里制》，亦足以补《本纪》之阙。则虽零章断简，固不以残缺弃矣。
