In order to enhance the batch productivity and the "peacetime to wartime" fast reaction ability for the military enterprise,a mode of military production entire process information integration based on agile idea has been studied.
为了提高军工企业的批生产能力和"平战"快速应变能力,以及多型号、多品种和变批量的生产特征对企业生产信息化的需求,研究了基于敏捷理念的军工产品生产全过程的信息集成模式,提出了三个层次和三条纵线的军工产品生产的过程模型。
