性质:由蜂蜜曲霉(Aspergillus mellaus)培养液中提取而得的微生物蛋白酶。白色结晶,分子量30 000。易溶于水,不溶于乙醇和丙酮。最适pH值8.0。蛋白分解活性是α-糜蛋白酶的1.4倍,胰蛋白酶及菠萝蛋白酶的8.8倍;对血管舒缓激肽有较强的分解作用。医学上用于抗炎消肿。
