本论文将依据国内外土壤环境地球化学的研究理论和方法,以辽宁省国土资源厅的“盘锦市双台子河河口地区生态环境地质调查”项目(辽国土发[2004]15号)为依托,在双台子河口东西两岸的高、中、低潮滩上分别采集土壤样品,在野外初步判定土壤的物理特性以及开展潮滩翅碱蓬植物群落指标调查,在实验室内采用MS2000激光粒度分析仪、X射线荧光光谱分析仪、ICPMS分析仪等测试技术对土壤样品进行测试分析。
