Ampicilline coupled onto macromolecular protein such as Bovine Serum Albumin(BSA),Human Serum Albumin(HAS), Hemocyanin succinylated from keyhole limpet (KLH),by glutaraldehyde reaction.
本试验用将氨苄青霉素(AMPI)半抗原和载体蛋白BSA、HAS、KLH用戊二醛法连接,室温反应4h左右,用pH6。

Methyl,ethenyl-glycoluril was synthesised by the acid catalyzed condensation reaction between 2,3-pentanedione and urea.
以2,3-戊二酮与尿素为原料合成了甲基乙基取代甘脲,由甲基乙基甘脲与多聚甲醛进一步合成了甲基乙基取代环氧甘脲,用普通甘脲和甲基乙基取代环氧甘脲反应得到一类水溶性较好的甲基乙基部分取代瓜环,并用硅胶柱层析法分离得到了含有2个取代甘脲的五元取代瓜环。
