Bis(tributyltin) esters of glutaric acid were synthesized by the reaction of disodium dicarboxylates with the tributyltin chloride in 1:2 molar ratio and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR.

Methyl,ethenyl-glycoluril was synthesised by the acid catalyzed condensation reaction between 2,3-pentanedione and urea.
以2,3-戊二酮与尿素为原料合成了甲基乙基取代甘脲,由甲基乙基甘脲与多聚甲醛进一步合成了甲基乙基取代环氧甘脲,用普通甘脲和甲基乙基取代环氧甘脲反应得到一类水溶性较好的甲基乙基部分取代瓜环,并用硅胶柱层析法分离得到了含有2个取代甘脲的五元取代瓜环。
