性质:该品为丙酮-二苯胺高温缩合物,主要的有效组分为9,9-二甲基吖啶。市售品为暗褐色粘稠液体,相对密度1.09±0.05。易溶于丙酮、苯、氯仿、二硫体碳、乙醇,微溶于汽油,不溶于水。

制备方法:将二苯胺与丙酮在苯磺酸的催化下,于240-250℃进行缩合反应,然后蒸也过量的丙酮(可循环使用),即得防老剂BLE。原料消耗(kg/t)二苯胺(98%) 800丙酮 350

用途:该品是一种通用的橡胶防老剂,有优良的抗热、抗氧、抗曲挠性能,也具有一定的抗天候、臭氧老化的能务,制品的耐磨和耐热性好。可广泛用于天然、丁苯、氯丁、异戊等合成橡胶的稳妥事实上剂。稳妥定丁苯橡胶的效率类似于防老剂J,使用量为2%。也可在聚烯烃塑料中应用,用量1.5-2%。本品有污染性,不适用于白色和浅色制品。该品毒性极低,美国食品和药物管理局许可基用于接触食品的橡胶制品,最大用量不超过5%。
