妇科肿瘤灌注化疗栓塞术
介入放射学技术。妇科恶性肿瘤的介入治疗方法之一。经动脉插管置髂内动脉或肿瘤供血动脉分支,行选择性或超选择性插管、造影,并观察血供分布情况后注入化疗药的治疗方法。一般采用一次性大剂量灌注化疗,然后再栓塞治疗。也可采用所谓夹心栓塞疗法,即先用明胶海绵颗粒(2mm×2mm)作髂内动脉小分支及肿瘤末梢血管栓塞,再灌注化疗药,最后用明胶海绵栓塞髂内动脉分支的近端,以暂时阻断血流。将明胶海绵在抗癌药内浸泡后栓入肿瘤供血动脉,可同样达到上述目的。
