了解躯体各部皮肤血管及脊髓反射中枢机能的一种检查方法。用骨针或其他代替物在皮肤上划痕。可表现为以下情况：①白色划痕反应，说明局部毛细血管处于收缩状态；②红色划痕反应，说明局部毛细血管处于扩张状态；③反射性皮肤反应，如划过处表现红晕、宽度超过3厘米，时间超过10分钟为异常反应。
