皮肤划痕现象


了解躯体各部皮肤血管及脊髓反射中枢机能的一种检查方法。用骨针或其他代替物在皮肤上划痕。可表现为以下情况:①白色划痕反应,说明局部毛细血管处于收缩状态;②红色划痕反应,说明局部毛细血管处于扩张状态;③反射性皮肤反应,如划过处表现红晕、宽度超过3厘米,时间超过10分钟为异常反应。
