宽阔水自然动植物园在贵州缓阳县境内。为２０００公顷的莽莽原始森林，这里树种多，成分复杂，层次鲜明，结构稳定。其中一级保护植物珙桐（即鸽子树）古老、稀少、名贵，是世界著名的观赏植物。这里动物与昆虫达４００余种。其中有云豹、大灵猫、小灵猫等珍贵保护动物。
