In the test, the purly TCD "Jin Hou"aerosol inhalation made by my tutor Xue zhongyi and Li yuanying was used to treat acute laryngitis and we summarized its curative effect,Simultaneously the probable mechanism of "Jiiz Hou"aerosol inhalation treating acute laryngitis was approached from animal experiment.
本研究拟在复习中西医对急性喉炎认识的基础上，将导师薛宗义、李云英研制的纯中药制剂“金喉雾化剂”治疗急性喉炎，观察总结其疗效；同时，从动物实验角度出发探索其治疗急性喉炎可能的机制。

雾化剂
通过雾化器能形成雾状的药物。喷射到咽腔或经呼吸道吸入。一般为水溶液，或有一定挥发性的溶液。雾化剂中常含有抗生素、祛痰的药物，支气管扩张剂、皮质激素等。主要用于呼吸道疾病。有的雾化剂亦用作冠心病的治疗，这是利用在口咽腔迅速吸收产生的作用，终止心绞痛。
