Objective: To compare and evaluate the common locally available spectrophotometric enzyme assay methods, the NBT and methemoglobin reduction test (M-Hb) methods to the internationally recommended WHO-37 method in the detection of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency.
方法:从门诊送检做G6PD缺陷的血样标本中随机取243份,每份标本同时用三种不同的方法进行检测,以直接定量法为标准方法,比较另外两种方法的符合率,灵敏度及特异性,作直接法和NBT法的显色反应曲线及吸收光谱,并观察三种方法对杂合子的检出率。
