病证名。带下病证型之一。见《中医妇科学》。指女子因肾阳不足，任带不固而致带下之疾者。多因早婚多产，房劳太过，或先天肾阳不足，寒湿下注，任带受戕而致。症见带下量多如水，淋漓不断，面色暗淡，腰痛如折，小腹及阴中冷痛，便溏溲清，舌淡苔白，脉沉迟无力。治宜温肾壮阳。方选内补丸。如有脱滑之象者，上方加乌贼骨、煅龙骨、芡实；病发于老年体衰者，可加人参、升麻。可参带下病条。
