目的：探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)中医证型的关系；hs-CRP与UAP临床危险度的关系；并进一步观察化痰方对hs-CRP及炎症的干预作用，初步讨论化痰中药治疗UAP的可能机制。
补充资料：热泻
热泻 热泻 病证名。又称热泄、火泻、火泄。因热迫肠胃所致。证见肠鸣腹痛，痛泻阵作，泻下多黄色稠粘，或注泻如水，或米谷不化，肛门灼热疼痛，后重不爽，口渴喜冷，小便赤涩，脉数。《丹溪心法·泄泻》：“热泻，粪色赤黄，肛门焦痛，粪出谷道犹如汤烧，烦渴，小便不利。”治宜清热泻火，用黄芩汤、柴葛芩连汤、加味四苓散、香连丸等方。气虚有热者，用卫生汤。阴虚火动者，用升阴丸。本病见于食物中毒及肠炎、菌痢等疾病。参见火泄、火泻等条。
