hepatic embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma
为发生于肝外胆管，但能侵入肝内的恶性肿瘤。好发于5岁内儿童，男女均等。常有间歇性阻塞性黄疸，伴有发热、肝大。B超、CT有助于诊断，确诊有赖于活检或病检结果。治疗首先应尽可能切除肿块，其次采用改进的Roux-Y形胆-空肠吻合术；继而综合治疗，如多种药物联合化疗和放疗。部分病例生存可超过3年。
