Based on the current situation and development of seeds precision sowing, the paper proposed a new cotton seed-sowing dibbler which uses the principle of clamping and self-locking, and the cotton planter pattern in Xinjiang is considered.
分析了当前精量播种技术的现状和发展趋势,结合新疆棉花种植模式,提出了一种用于棉花精量播种的新型装置,即夹持自锁式棉花精量点播轮,该点播轮运用了机械原理中的夹持和自锁原理;分析了夹持、自锁取种原理,介绍了点播轮的结构和工作过程;通过分析计算和计算机仿真模拟对点播轮的主要工作部件——取种机构进行了设计;研究了夹持自锁取种机构的充种过程,建立了充种速度模型;分析了种子发生自锁的过程,得出了实现自锁的相关条件;研究分析了取种机构的夹持过程,得出了辅助夹持力和夹持机构工作面的粗糙度与夹持稳定性的关系;分析清种过程,研究清种与工作速度、夹持机构的技术参数之间的关系;分析了解除自锁过程和落种过程;通过试验设计优化了取种工作机构的结构参数;台架试验验证了点播轮的工作性能,得出单粒率为93。
