The objectives of the present studies were to detect whether NHE1, NHE3 mRNA were expressed in goat omasum epithelium and the effects of nutrition and Cysteamine on NHE mRNA expression in rumen and omasum epithelium.
为了探讨山羊瓣胃上皮是否表达NHE mRNA及日粮营养对其表达的影响，本试验利用Genebank中牛的同种亚型NHE1、NHE3 mRNA序列分别设计引物(NHE1、NHE3)，利用RT-PCR试验方法检测NHE1、NHE3 mRNA在山羊瓣胃上皮的存在；并进一步分析不同日粮营养水平、日粮因子半胱胺盐酸盐对山羊瘤胃、瓣胃上皮NHE mRNA表达的影响，为NHE在反刍动物上的研究提供基础资料。

1.也叫重瓣胃。反刍动物的第三胃。位于腹腔前部右侧。前通网胃﹐后接皱胃(有些反刍动物如骆驼等瓣胃与皱胃不分)。黏膜面形成许多大小不等的叶瓣﹐没有消化腺。其主要功能在阻留食物中的粗糙部分﹐继续加以磨细﹐并输送较稀部分入皱胃﹐同时吸收大量水分和酸。
