内踝疽 内踝疽 病名。发于内踝部位之附骨疽或痈疽。见《证治准绳·外科》卷四。邹五峰《外科真诠》论曰：“内踝疽生于足踝近腕之处，内属三阴经，外属三阳经，多由寒湿下注，血凝气滞而成。初起坚硬漫肿，皮色不变，时时隐痛，难于行立。”若成脓溃破外溢，脓汁稀，久不敛口。相当于踝关节结核，或慢性骨髓炎。治疗：初起者应温经燥湿，内服疮科流气饮加减。外敷乌龙膏。证治可参附骨疽条。
