性质:简称碳酸法。由甘蔗或甜菜直接制成白糖的一种方法。在甘蔗汁或甜菜汁中加适量石灰乳,在适当的温度下通入二氧化碳,与过量石灰作用成碳酸钙,夹带糖汁中的不纯物而沉淀。将沉淀滤去后,稀糖汁再经真空蒸浓、结晶、分离而得白糖。其色泽和纯度都超过用亚硫酸饱充法制得的白糖。
