Being the key task of HRM research, performance is one of the most attractive problems in HRM, assessment of strypped-down scientific research institute is one difficult point in performance assessment, therefore, discussing the inner structure of performance is one significant task in modern management psychology.
本文对绩效的已有研究和当前我省转制科研院所的绩效考评现状进行了系统梳理发现，理论上中层干部绩效一般由任务绩效、情景绩效、特质绩效与适应绩效组成，当前实践中中层干部绩效由业绩绩效与非业绩绩效组成，非业绩绩效类似于情景绩效，但在内涵上有一定的差异。
