A model was established to optimize the multi period operation of the steam power system by using the Mixed Integer Linear Programming to solve the turbine's nonlinear work done process, and using GAMS to obtain the minimum cost at different multi periods.
针对蒸汽动力系统必须满足外界用户不断变化的对蒸汽和电力的需要 ,需适时地改变操作参数以降低运行成本的情况 ,建立了蒸汽动力系统的操作调优模型 ,用混合整数线性规划处理了汽轮机的非线性作功过程 ,用通用建模工具GAMS求解了不同工况下的最低成本。

A 50% capacity steam feed pump encountered serious vibration at its suction side when put into service at low-load period.
华能福州电厂一台50%容量汽动给水泵在低负荷启动并入系统时,因即将退出的电泵出口调门内漏较大引起给水系统振荡,导致泵吸入侧强烈振动,又因轴振信号呆滞,未能准确判断而多次解体检查,延误主机满负荷运行,对振动进行了分析并处理,取得了良好的效果。
