冷淋　　病名。　　①即寒淋。小便淋涩不畅而见寒证者。见《太平圣惠方》卷五十八。《圣济总录·诸淋门》：“其状先寒颤，然后便溺成淋，谓之冷淋也。”《医学心悟》：“冷淋，寒气坚闭，水道不行，其症四肢厥冷，口鼻气冷，喜饮热汤是也。”因肾虚冷气客于下焦所致。治以温肾散寒，兼予通利，选用肉苁蓉丸、沉香散、生附散、金匮肾气丸等方。　　②淋证小便如米泔者。《华氏中藏经·论淋沥小便不利》：“冷淋者，小便数，色白如泔也。”参见膏淋条。　　③血淋之属下元虚冷者。见《证治要诀·淋》。其证小便淋沥有血，服冷剂而病愈甚。用地髓汤下附子八味丸，或用生料鹿茸丸。参见淋、血淋条。
