The numerical simulation model of the cooling rate for CuFe15 alloys by single roller melt-spinning were built, and the vacuum chamber, cooling roller and sample were taken into account as a holistic heat system.
建立了单辊旋铸凝固过程的数值分析模型,将真空室、冷却辊和样品带作为一个整体换热系加以考虑,以单辊旋铸CuFe15和CuFe10合金条带为模拟对象,通过采用一维傅立叶热传导方程描述热传输过程,结合热传导理论和凝固理论对热传导方程的数学解析求解,计算了单辊旋铸法制备Cu-Fe合金薄带的冷却速度,得到了铜辊制备200μm厚CuFe15合金薄带的自由侧在凝固结束时的冷却速度为1。
