By linking Visual Basic with ANSYS,a software named AutoSIFA is compiled to calculate the stress intensity factor(SIF) of the semi-elliptical surface crack automatically and conveniently.
为解决用有限元方法进行三维裂纹问题分析时的难点,通过在裂纹前沿设置奇异单元,建立了圆筒表面椭圆裂纹的断裂力学有限元分析模型;通过Visual Basic对ANSYS的封装调用,编制了便于工程化应用的圆筒表面椭圆裂纹应力强度因子自动分析软件AutoSIFA;运用该软件得到了弯扭载荷作用下圆筒表面椭圆裂纹应力强度因子的变化规律,绘制了裂纹最深点应力强度因子形状修正系数FI的曲线图谱,并拟合出了便于工程应用的相关公式。
