| 况钟（1383～1442） 中国明代大臣。字伯律，号龙冈，又号如愚。江西靖安人。宣德五年（1430）为苏州知府，帝亲赐敕书，许以便宜行事。时苏州府赋役繁重，豪猾舞文为奸利。况钟为人刚正廉洁，有治剧之才。知苏期间，不慑权势，敏达敢为，大力整顿吏治，严惩贪官污吏；执法如山，断狱严明，凡有讼者必辨其是非，为民伸冤。他还与江西巡抚周忱悉心计划，奏减苏州府税粮70余万石，并建义仓，均徭役，疏免军户，招复流民，兴修水利，发展生产。以其政绩显著，3次守苏达13年之久，时称能吏。吏民念其刚正廉洁，孜孜爱民，为其立生祠，誉之为况青天。著有《况太守集》。
