tongx旧Wol〕9 110了〕伙orlgX{tor飞g通信网监控系统(。ommunieations networksurveillanee and eontrol system)对通信网运行维护进行集中管理所需要的计算机网络系统，也叫“通信网监测系统”。它以计算机和数据通信技术为基础，对通信网(尤其是传输网)进行动态监视、测量和控制，是加强通信网运行维护管理、提高通信质量和服务水平的必要手段，是通信网的重要支撑系统之一。其主要功能是:①自动采集通信网设备运行状态数据和告警信息;②对告警信息和运行数据进行分析、处理、存储和统计，向运行管理人员发出提示信号及状态报告;③根据运行管理人员的操作或预先编制的处理程序，向受控设备或维护检修人员发送控制命令，实施遥控切换、修改设备配置或督促指导维护检修;①定期生成运行统计报告。 通信网监控系统通常由一个主站(main terminalunit，MTU)和若干远方站(remore rerminal unit.RTU)组成，系统构成原理框图如图所示。大型系统的主站一般采用计算机局域网，主站和远方站之间采用远程接人或通过广域网连接。若将多个监控系统的主站互连，即构成通信监控网。 主站设在通信网监控调度中心，用以汇集所有远方站送来的信息并进行数据处理加工的计算机设备。它具有分类存储、画面显示、告警显示、表格输出和定时打印等功能。它还能定时自动校准各RTU的实时钟，设置和修改告警门限，发送遥控操作命令等。主站计算机的选择取决于被监测控制设备的数量、监测控制信号种类和数量、远方站的布局和数量等。
