肌张力增高
hypermyotonia
肌肉紧张度增高，触摸肌肉时有坚实感，做被动检查时阻力增加。可分为痉挛性和强直性两类。前者在被运动开始时阻力较大，终末时阻力减弱，即所谓“折刀现象”。见于锥体束损害，应注意与痉挛鉴别。后者指一组拮抗肌肉的张力均增加，无论动作的速度、幅度方向如何，都会遇到同样的阻力，如同弯曲铅管，故又称“铅管样强直”，如果因伴发震颤而产生交替性的松紧变化，也称为齿轮样强直，多为锥体外系受损害的表现。
