经穴学专著。严振国主编。此书内容包括手三阴经穴、手三阳经穴91个及奇穴16个的断面解剖结构，并有彩图185幅。其内容是应用尸体冰冻后断面解剖手段对穴位作研究，以客观反映针刺所涉及的解剖结构，对某些邻近重要器官的穴位标明其安全针刺深度、方向及角度，以避免临床针刺意外之发生。1983年由上海科学技术出版社出版。
