Objective To observe the effect of atorvastain on serum levels of tumor necrosis factor a(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6),matrix metalloproteases-9(MMP-9)and carboxy terminal telopeptide of collagen type Ⅰ(CITP)in patients with non-ischemic heart failure,and to investigate the possible mechanism of HMG-COA reductase inhibitor to improve cardiac function in patients with non-ischemic heart failure.
