直肠结肠炎
直肠结肠炎症的总称，多为非特异性炎症，常累及直肠和结肠，也称非特异性直肠结肠炎。临床主要表现是便血，排便次数增多或便秘，伴有左下腹疼痛。急性期肠粘膜有水肿，晚期粘膜干燥，呈颗粒状，但不易破裂。多发生于21～50岁，女性多于男性。无特效治疗，发作期给予抗生素消炎及对症处理等。
