蛤蜊清汤
原料/调料
蛤蜊 8个 昆布(10公分) 1段 姜 1小段 盐 少许 酒 1大匙 水 400cc
制作流程
1.昆布用湿布擦拭去除污垢；姜去皮切细丝备用。
2.蛤蜊洗净，与水、昆布一起放入锅中，煮至快沸腾时将昆布取出，转为小火，捞除浮沫。续煮约3～4分钟至蛤蜊打开，加盐、酒调味。
3.先将作法2的蛤蜊捞起放入碗中，撒上姜丝，再注入汤汁即可。
