This paper studies on the compensation reaction of Northern China s Larch after being damaged by Casebearer,and finds that during final growth the weight of fresh leaves was the lowest in the seriously damaged district,in the moderately damage district,the weight was almost equal to the contrast district,according to the result,the length of leaves was negatively correlated to the damaged degree.

Objective:To verify that CD+ 14 monocyte human leukocyte antigen DR(HLADR) may serve as a reliable index for immunosupression,and for prediction of prognosis as well as to evaluate the efficacy of Thymopentin (TP5) to enhance immunologic function in patients with severe sepsis,and to evaluate the validity of compensatory antiinflammatory response syndrome(CARS).
方法 :符合严重脓毒症标准 ,CD+ 1 4 单核细胞 HL A DR<30 %的患者被定义为脓毒症免疫抑制和代偿性抗炎症反应综合征 ( CARS)者纳入本研究 ,并接受 1m g TP 5肌肉注射 ,1次 / d,直至 CD+ 1 4 单核细胞 HL A DR>5 0 %或死亡。

代偿反应
compensative response
代偿反应(eompensative response)又称补偿反应”、“补偿作用”。指个人所从事的某种有目的活动受到挫折或因个人某一方面有缺陷致使目的不能达到时，可以以其他成功的活动来代替，以弥补因失败或缺陷而丧失的自信与自尊。代偿作用按其深度又可以分为一般代偿作用与过度代偿作用。一般代偿作用是以某一方面的成功来弥补另一方面的失败，在性质上是名副其实的代替作用，而过度代偿作用并不是代替，而是否认自己的失败或是某一方面缺点并进而加倍努力企图予以克服，结果所得到的成就反而超过了一般正常的程度。 (林乘贤撰沈德灿审)
