【性状】
本品为白色至微黄色片。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品的细粉适量（约相当于罗通定 0.1g ），加水10ml与稀硫酸 1ml ，振摇使罗通定溶解，滤过；滤液照罗通定项下的鉴别(1)项试验，显相同的反应。 (2) 取本品的细粉适量，加乙醇制成每1ml 中含罗通定8mg 的溶液，滤过，取滤液 依法测定旋光度（附录Ⅵ E），按标示量计算，比旋度应为-270°以上（与硫酸延胡索 乙素的区别）。
【检查】
溶出度 取本品，照溶出度测定法（附录Ⅹ C 第一法），以盐酸溶液(9 →1000)900ml为溶剂，转速为每分钟100 转，依法操作，经45分钟时，取溶液5ml,滤过， 滤液照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在281nm 的波长处测定吸收度，按C21H25NO4 的吸 收系数（Ｅ1% 1cm）为155 计算出每片的溶出量。限度为标示量的70％，应符合规定。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品20片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于罗通定60 mg），置100ml 量瓶中，加0.5 ％硫酸溶液振摇使罗通定溶解并稀释至刻度，摇匀，用 干燥滤纸滤过，精密量取续滤液5ml ，置100ml 量瓶中，再用0.5 ％硫酸溶液稀释至刻 度，摇匀，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在281nm 的波长处测定吸收度，按C21H25NO4 的吸收系数（Ｅ1% 1cm）为155 计算，即得。
