性质:金黄色粉状,溶于水呈黄色,加1氢氧化钠仍呈黄色,再加保险粉并温热,色泽不变,继加过硼酸钠成无色。在浓硫酸中呈黄色,稀释后转淡黄色;在浓硝酸中呈黄色,稀释后无变化。水中溶解度,50℃时为120g/L,20℃时为80g/L。属含一氯均三嗪活性基的单偶氮吡唑类活性染料。

制备方法:由苯胺-2,5-双磺酸与三聚氯氰进行第一次缩合,再与间二氨基苯磺酸进行第二次缩合,再重氮化,而后与1-(4'-磺酸基苯基)-3-甲基-5-吡唑酮进行偶合,最后经盐析、过滤、干燥等处理过程,而制得产品。原料消耗(kg/t)苯胺-2,5-双磺酸 295 1-(4'磺酸基苯基)-3-甲基-5-吡唑酮(100%) 255三聚氯氰 200间二氨基苯磺酸(100%) 235纯碱 175盐酸 470烧碱 130精盐 1200亚硝酸钠 75无明粉 10

用途:用于棉、粘胶、蚕丝及其织物的染色和印花,也可用于维织物印花。
